The Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources Module also provides an integrated global payroll system, allowing companies to manage payroll for any region, worldwide. The comprehensive system is able to compute payroll taxes, deductions, and other fees; handle stock options and bonuses; and provide necessary reporting.
