The identity and access management feature allows companies to manage and plan user access to privileged data areas, while providing enhanced controls over data integrity and security.
The Oracle HCM Cloud Global Human Resources Module also provides an integrated global payroll system, allowing companies to manage payroll for any region, worldwide. The comprehensive system is able to compute payroll taxes, deductions, and other fees; handle stock options and bonuses; and provide necessary reporting. Additionally, the module provides multi-currency and multi-language capabilities, allowing companies to better serve their various locations and employees.
